The kitchen

South Indian food, made to order.

We're a South Indian restaurant in Scarborough, Ontario, serving the regional cuisines of Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and Chettinad country. The menu includes dosa, idli, vada, biryani, Chettinad curries, Kerala fish curry, appam, parotta, traditional filter coffee, and a small list of desserts.

Open seven days a week for dine-in, pickup, and delivery through Uber Eats and DoorDash.

02 How we cook
The process

Fresh, every day.

Our dosa batter is ground and fermented in-house every morning. Masalas are hand-roasted and ground fresh daily. Chutneys are blended in small batches. Stocks are simmered for hours, not minutes.

Every dish is fired, toasted, or simmered the moment you order it. We don't hold pre-made food. We don't pre-portion. Most pickups are ready in 15–25 minutes because the food is being cooked for you, right now.

03 What we believe
Our values

Honest food, honest prices.

Made from scratch, in small batches, by a small team. 100% halal meat. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan options. Allergen-aware — just ask.

We try to source local when we can and import when we have to. The rice comes from South Indian cooperatives. The coffee is roasted in small batches. The mangoes are Alphonso, from Maharashtra.
